Instructions:

1. | Click on [] then [] and navigate to SET UP SACR -> PRODUCT RELATED-> STUDENT FINANCIALS -> TUITION AND FEES -> MINIMUM/MAXIMUM FEES |

2. | Verify that the “Set ID” field is defaulted to ‘SDCCD’, then click the “Search” button to display a list of Min/Max Fee Codes. |
3. | Click on the appropriate “Min/Max Fee Code” from the list. Note: Start at the top of the list. |

4a. | Click the “Minimum/Maximum Fees 2” tab (page). |
4b. | Click the ”+” (plus sign) to add a new term. |
4c. | Enter the “Term” or click the magnifying glass and select the appropriate term. |
4d. | Enter the “Minimum Amount” (if applicable) and the “Maximum Amount” (if applicable) for the specified term. |
4e. | Click the “Save” button. |

5a. | Click the “Next in List” button to proceed to the next Min/Max Fee Code. |
5b. | Repeat steps 4b – 5a until you have completed adding the new terms to all the Min/Max Fee Codes. Note: Once you reach the end of the list, the “Next in List” button will grey out. |
