This Job Aid illustrates how to set up Course Fees.

Click on [] then [] and navigate to SET UP SACR -> PRODUCT RELATED-> STUDENT FINANCIALS -> COURSE AND CLASS FEES -> COURSE FEES

Verify that the “SetID” field is defaulted to ‘SDCCD’, then click the “Search” button.

Note: A list should display on the bottom.

Select the appropriate course from the list.

Note: Start at the top of the list.

On the “Course Fees” tab (page), click the “Copy Course Fee” button to copy a new term.

Enter the term that you would like to copy to in the “From/To Term” field or click on the magnifying glass and select appropriate term.

Click the “Save” button.

Optional: Click the “Course Sub Fees” tab (page) and edit sub fees for appropriate term (if course fee amounts change).

Click the “Return to Search” button and refresh the search criteria page to select another course fee to copy new term. Repeat steps 3 – 7 until all Course Fees for current term have been copied.
