Instructions:
Step | Action |

1. | Click on [] then [] and navigate to SET UP SACR -> PRODUCT RELATED-> STUDENT FINANCIALS -> COURSE AND CLASS FEES -> COURSE FEES |

2. | Verify that the “SetID” field is defaulted to ‘SDCCD’, then click the “Search” button. Note: A list should display on the bottom. |
3. | Select the appropriate course from the list. Note: Start at the top of the list. |

4. | On the “Course Fees” tab (page), click the “Copy Course Fee” button to copy a new term. |
5. | Enter the term that you would like to copy to in the “From/To Term” field or click on the magnifying glass and select appropriate term. |
6. 6a. | Click the “Save” button. Optional: Click the “Course Sub Fees” tab (page) and edit sub fees for appropriate term (if course fee amounts change). |
7. | Click the “Return to Search” button and refresh the search criteria page to select another course fee to copy new term. Repeat steps 3 – 7 until all Course Fees for current term have been copied. |
