Instructions:

1.

Click on [] then [] and navigate to Student Financials -> Tuition and Fees ->Equation Variables…

Enter the student’s ID into the “ID” field.

Click the “Search” button [].

4.Verify that the “Term” field is populated with the current semester (e.g. “2175”).  If it is not populated, enter the appropriate Term.

Click on the Y / N Flags page (tab) [].

6.

The box next to “Opt Out of Student Rep Fee” should be blank, which means the student is paying for the Student Rep Fee.

7.

To manually opt out and remove of Rep Fee from the student’s account, click the box so that a check mark appears [].

Click the “Save” button [].

9.Navigate to Student Financials -> Charges and Payments -> Assign Student Permissions

Click the [] button.

Enter the student’s ID number.

Click the magnifying glass next to the “*Permission Form” field.  Click/Select the appropriate semester.

Click the “Save” button [].
