Instructions:
Step | Action |

1. | Click on [] then [] and navigate to Student Financials -> Tuition and Fees ->Equation Variables… |

2. | Enter the student’s ID into the “ID” field. |
3. | Click the “Search” button []. |

4. | Verify that the “Term” field is populated with the current semester (e.g. “2175”). If it is not populated, enter the appropriate Term. |

5. | Click on the Y / N Flags page (tab) []. |

6. | The box next to “Opt Out of Student Rep Fee” should be blank, which means the student is paying for the Student Rep Fee. |
7. | To manually opt out and remove of Rep Fee from the student’s account, click the box so that a check mark appears []. |
8. | Click the “Save” button []. |
