This Job Aid illustrates how to rollover (copy) Third Party Contracts.

On the “Find an Existing Value” page (tab) click “Search” [].

Select the Rollover Third Party Contract run control “X_SF_ROLL_TP_CONTRACTS”.

Verify that the “*Business Unit” field = “SDCCD”.

 

In the “Parameters” section, in the “*Term” field, enter the Term of the Third Party Contract to be copied.  In the “Default Options” section, in the “*New Term” field, enter the Term for the new Third Party Contract.  In the “Last Date” field, enter “01/01/2500”.  Then click the magnifying glass next to the “External Org ID” field.  A list of External Org ID’s will be displayed.
