This Job Aid illustrates how to add the Term to Minimum Maximum Fees

Instructions:

Action
1.

Click on [] then [] and navigate to SET UP SACR -> PRODUCT RELATED-> STUDENT FINANCIALS -> TUITION AND FEES -> MINIMUM/MAXIMUM FEES

Verify that the “Set ID” field is defaulted to ‘SDCCD’, then click the “Search” button to display a list of Min/Max Fee Codes.

Click on the appropriate “Min/Max Fee Code” from the list.

Note: Start at the top of the list.

4a.

Click the “Minimum/Maximum Fees 2” tab (page).

4b.

Click the ”+” (plus sign) to add a new term.

4c.

Enter the “Term” or click the magnifying glass and select the appropriate term.

4d.

Enter the “Minimum Amount” (if applicable) and the “Maximum Amount” (if applicable) for the specified term.

4e.

Click the “Save” button.

5a.

Click the “Next in List” button to proceed to the next Min/Max Fee Code.

5b.

Repeat steps 4b – 5a until you have completed adding the new terms to all the Min/Max Fee Codes.

Note: Once you reach the end of the list, the “Next in List” button will grey out.
