1. | Click on [] then [] and navigate to Student Financials -> Parking Permit |

2. | Verify that the “Business Unit” field = “SDCCD” Enter the student’s ID into the “ID” field. Click the “Search” button [ ]. |

3. | When you initially view the Parking Permit page, all of the fields are blank. On this page you can see:

4. | (Option 1) Click the “View All” [] link to view all Parking Types on one page. (Parking Auto/Parking Moto)
(Option 2) [] Click the arrow [] to view page 2 of 2. When using this option, you are only viewing one “Parking Type” at a time. |

5. | If you are issuing an AUTO or MOTO pass in person:
Note: Once the “Save” button is clicked, the system will record the user’s name, date, and time of the update. This information is displayed towards the bottom right in the fields “Updated by:” and “Updated DTTM:”. Note: The process is the same for AUTO & MOTO |
