Admin College Attendance
College Attendance: Enter or update attendance hours using the Admin College Attendance page

1. | Navigate to the page: SDCCD Development>Customizations>Student Records>Admin College Attendance |

2. | Enter the term and either the class number or instructor ID and click Search |

3. | Navigate to the correct week using the dropdown menu. Note: If updating total hours select the last week. |
Determine the best method for the data you need to enter:
Follow Step 4 to update total hours
Or skip to Step 6 to update daily attendance for a student
Or skip to Step 8 to enter various hours for multiple students for a day using Quick Entry by Day
Or skip to Step 11 to the same hours for multiple students for a day using Apply to All

4. | To update a student's total hours in a tracking or positive attendance class, enter the total in Override Class Hours field.

8. | To enter various hours for a day, use the Update All Options. Select the day you need to update and click Quick Entry by Day. |

9. | In the new page, enter the hours for each student. Use the Tab button to navigate quickly between students |

10. | Click OK. Clicking OK will save the hours. |

11. | To enter the same hours for all students on a day, use the Update All Options. Enter the Hours, select the Day, and click Apply To All. |
