Add Repeat Codes through Quick Enroll

Instructions

Repeat processing can be conducted on a student-by-student basis through the Quick Enroll page.  Repeat codes can be added by using the Normal Maintenance action, depending on your security access.  This job aid will lead the user through adding a repeat code on an individual class.

1.

Navigate to Records and Enrollment → Enroll Students → Quick Enroll a Student

Be sure the Add a New Value tab is highlighted.


  • Enter the student ID
  • Enter the academic career into the Academic Career
  • Enter SDCCD as the Academic Institution if no default appears.
  • Enter the term of enrollment into the Term
  • Click Add.


NOTE:  It is recommended to not use the search feature (magnifying glass) for the ID, as the search feature will take a long time to load.

On the Class Enrollment tab, change the Action reason to Normal Maintenance.

On the Class Nbr field, click on the magnifying glass to locate the class that needs the grade added.

On the Enrollment Listing page, click on the checkbox listed next to the Subject of the class.


NOTE:  The checkbox will already be checked.  Clicking on that checkbox will return you to the Quick Enrollment screen with the class number entered in the Class Nbr box.

5.Click on the Units and Grade tab.

Click on the magnifying glass under the Repeat Code field.  Select the repeat code for the student by clicking on the code from the list available. 


If the repeat code is known, you can enter it in the Repeat Code box.


NOTE:  Repeat Codes should be a one-for-one exchange from ISIS to Campus Solutions.

Once the Repeat Code has been populated, click the Submit button.

8.The status will read Success once the repeat code has successfully been processed.

You have added a repeat code though Quick Enroll.
