How to inactivate an invalid address

1 | Navigate to Campus Solutions → Campus Community Alternatively you can also access addresses by going to the Student Services Center, go to the General Information tab and click on "Addresses" → "Edit Addresses" button |
2 | You will be taken to the "Addresses" page. From here you should see any addresses listed for the person. Please note that you should only see two address types: (Home aka Permanent/Legal and Mailing) |
3 | From here you can click on the address you wish to mark as inactive. So if you want to make the "Home" address inactive you would click on Home and it will pull up in the "Add Address" section below: |
4 | To inactivate the address, be sure to leave the effective date as today then click on "Status" and click on "inactive" |
5 | Next, click on which address types this should effect, please note that only Home and Mailing should be used: Then click on Submit |
6 | You should now see the change in the address field above: |
7 | If you are satisfied with the outcome, proceed to either click on "Save" if you went to the addresses page directly, or "Ok" if you are accessing it from the Student Services Center. |
