Viewing Class Roster

This Job Aid will go over the process for faculty to view class roster

Prerequisites:

Class must be created and instructor assigned to class.

Instructions:

  1. Login to your mySDCCD portal by entering your “User ID” and “Password”. Click the “Sign In” button.

  2. Click on the “College Faculty Dashboard” tile. 

    Note: Different dashboard tiles display depending on which roles you are associated with.

  1. A.) Select a current or past semester

    B.) Click on the “Class Number”

    C.) Click on “Class Roster (Waitlist/Drop/Reinstate)”

The Class Roster will show 15 columns: “Notify”, “ID”, “Name”, “Absences”, “Honors”, “FED” (Financial Aid/Veteran), “Withdraw”, “Reinstate”, “Never Attended”, “Grade Basis”, “Units”, “Program and Plan”, “Level”, “Status Note”, and “Last Known Academic Activity” and “Enroll Error”. The Enroll Error column appears if an attempted drop, withdraw, or reinstatement has failed. Clicking the info icon will show the error. The error will remain until the next time this page is saved. 

     Note: The class roster shows only enrolled students by default.  If you want to see all students, click on the "Enrollment Status" drop down menu and select another status.  Other options will only show if you have a status other than "Enrolled"
