Log into my.sdccd.edu and

A. ) Click on College Faculty Dashboard and

B. ) Navigate to the College Faculty Schedule pagelet

A. ) Select a current or past semester

B. ) Click on the Class Number

C. ) Click on Class Roster (Waitlist/Drop/Reinstate)

The Class Roster will show 15 columns: Notify, ID, Name, Absences, Honors, FED (Financial Aid/Veteran), Withdraw, Reinstate, Never Attended, Grade Basis, Units, Program and Plan, Level, Status Note, and Last Known Academic Activity and Enroll Error. The Enroll Error column appears if an attempted drop, withdraw, or reinstatement has failed. Clicking the info icon will show the error. The error will remain until the next time this page is saved. 

 

 Note: The class roster shows only enrolled students by default.  If you want to see all students, click on the "Enrollment Status" drop down menu and select another status.  Other options will only show if you have a status other than "Enrolled"
