Class Roster

New Items

1. Quick Reference for Deadline Dates: Details can still be found by clicking the calendar icon on the class listings on My Classes
2. Honors indicator: Students who have had their contract processed by Admissions will have a checkmark. If the class itself is designated as honors, all students will have a checkmark.
3. Enrollment Error indicator: If a drop, withdraw, or reinstate is unsuccessful the column will appear with the indicator for the student. Clicking the information icon will show the error message. This message will continue to be available until the Save button is activated again.
4. Students who are dropped, withdrawn, or do not have an email address on file will no longer be selected for Notification when using Select All. You can still email them by clicking their name to open an email.

Updated Items

1. Enrollment functionality: Previously the system required that you withdraw or reinstate students one at a time. Now the system can now process multiple transactions at once. Select any and all enrollment transactions (drop/withdraw, never attend, reinstate) then click Save.
2. Status Notes: Status notes will no longer update with messages from the wait list process. Previously, the process would leave confusing messages from transactions that happened before the class started. These will no longer appear.

4. Sign In Sheet: Quickly print a sign in sheet
5. Quick Entry By Day (mostly used for Positive Attendance): Select the day you want to enter and easily tab from one student to the next to enter hours.

Updated Items

1. Weekly navigation: Drop-down menu instead of forward and back arrows to quickly navigate to a different week.
2. Census classes: Easier to mark absences; changed to checkboxes instead of dropdown menu.
3. Positive Attendance: No longer restricted to increments of 0.25 hours. Can enter any decimal to represent part of an hour.
