Accessing Follow - Up Page in College Faculty Dashboard

This Job Aid will go over the process for faculty to access Follow-Up in College Faculty Dashboard.

Prerequisite:

Faculty must have an active classroom assignment in a current or future term.

Instructions:

  1. Login to your mySDCCD portal by entering your “User ID” and “Password”. Click the “Sign In” button.

  1. Click on the “College Faculty Dashboard” tile. 

    Note: Different dashboard tiles display depending on which roles you are associated with.

  1. Navigate to the “College Faculty Schedule” pagelet.

4. Click on the current semester to view a brief overview of class information such as class number, name, location, dates, times, and enrollment.

  1. Click on each “Class Number (CRN)” to view the following options for that class. Then, select or click “Follow-Up”.

    1. Class Roster

    2. Attendance Roster

    3. Permission Numbers (Add Codes)

    4. Class Deadlines

    5. Follow-Up

    6. Class Details

    7. Work Based Learning

  1. In the “Follow-Up” page, faculty members are able to recommend students for campus services, programs, etc. by:

    1. Selecting an option from the drop down menu (Add Code, CCAP Help, Honors, Other, Tutors)

    2. Adding specific details in the Comments section (Ex. DSPS services, EOPS, additional notes for why a specific student might need a specific service.

7. The “Follow-Up” page can also be accessed by:

  • Navigating to College Faculty Dashboard of the left-hand menu

  • Selecting “Faculty Schedule”

  • Clicking “Follow-Up”
