Stop Further Enrollment to Cancel a Class

Instructions:

This Job Aid will go over the process necessary to Stop Further Enrollment in a class section. Changing the Class Status field to Stop Further Enrollment will not allow students to enroll in the section. If there are already students enrolled in the class section, then changing the Class Status will not allow new students to enroll in the class section.

1.	Click on and navigate to Curriculum Management -> Schedule of Classes -> Maintain Schedule of Classes

2.	Locate class to Stop Further Enrollment as referenced in Job Aid
3.	Click on Enrollment Cntrl, click on the drop down menu for Class Status, select Stop Further Enrollment*, then Save
