Viewing and Understanding your Credit Balance

Instructions:

  1. Login to http://my.sdccd.edu and click on the "College Student Dashboard"

  1. Look at your "My Finances" section or pagelet.  This pagelet/section will display whether or not you have a balance due.

Note: If it says "Pending" be sure to click on the "Updated Charges" button to recalculate your student balance.

  1. If you see the words "No Payment Due" and a "Credit Balance" link, you may be eligible for a potential refund. 

If you click on "Credit Balance" you should see a pop-up message indicating your potential refund along with important information that may impact your potential refund.

  1. Please note that this is your potential refund amount. If you have any questions, please contact your college's Student Accounting Office.
