This element contains the ID assigned to students in the CCC Apply process. Currently, only undergraduate applications are collected by the CCCApply process. This ID is useful for merging in information from CCCApply to Datamart, especially for Applicant to Enrollment projects.

CE collects applications on paper in the classroom and by a customized online application process. Thus, there is no CCCID for students who are CE/CEHS only.

Definition for CE

If a CE student has a CCCID, it means that the student also applied for entry into a credit college at some point.

Currently, this element has little value for CE. Currently, this element has little value for CEHS. However, it could be useful in the future in CCCApply is used for non-credit. In this case, coding changes may apply as the underlying data table might be changed to accommodate tying an ID to a career.

If a CEHS student has a CCCID, it means that the student also applied for entry into a credit college at some point.
