NOTE: A policy on shower facilities for homeless students is not legally required but is suggested as good practice for those districts that have shower facilities on campus for student use.

The [ CEO ] shall establish procedures necessary to make on-campus shower facilities available to any homeless student who is enrolled in coursework, has paid enrollment fees, and is in good standing with the district.
