5030 - FEES


The District shall ensure that all fees charged to students are established in accordance with the Education Code and applicable laws. The District Chancellor or designee shall establish procedures for the collection, deposit, waiver, refund, and accounting for fees as required by law. The Chancellor or designee will ensure that the District charges all fees, both required fees and fees authorized by law, and collected in accordance with the fee schedule, established annually, and shall be published in detail in the college catalog and posted on the college website, as an attachment to this policy (Attachment A).
