This job aid will go over the process necessary to change a Course Attribute.

1.	Navigate to Curriculum Management → Schedule of Classes → Maintain Schedule of Classes.

The Academic Institution should automatically populate to "SDCCD."

Enter the following information into the corresponding fields:

Click Search.

The Basic Data tab will display.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the class attribute to be changed in the Class Attributes section.

Delete the previous information using the ( - ) button.

Click on the ( + ) button to add new Course Attribute information.

Example: "CHRS" for a Course Hours.

Click Save.

Note: If the current class is over scheduled, a warning message will appear indicating the percentage over scheduled. Click OK.
