Must be a student and have a mySDCCD account already created.

DescriptionThis Job Aid will go over the process necessary to search for classes whiled logged into mySDCCD.

Log into mySDCCD using your credentials. Click the Sign In button.

Click on the Continuing Education Student Dashboard.

You can access the Campus Solutions Class Search page by:

A. Clicking the Class Search link on the CE Classes and CEHS Classes pagelets.

B. Clicking the CE - Class Search under Student Quicklinks.

A. If necessary, select the Term and Course Career values.

B. Select the Class Search parameters you wish to use to narrow your search. You must select at least 2 criteria.

C. If you'd like, you can use Additional Search Criteria to narrow your search further. 


Tip: If you know the 5-digit class number, you can enter it in the Class Nbr field to go directly to that class section. 


Note: At this time, searching by Time and Days of the Week is only available for fully in-person On-Campus classes. Please review the Class Notes carefully. 

Click the Search button

You will see a list of classes based on your search parameters. 

A.  The Enrollment Status is displayed for each class section in the Status column.

  • A green circle means the class has open seats.
  • A yellow triangle means the class has waitlist seats available.
  • A blue square means the class does not have open seats or waitlist seats available.


B. The class type/format is displayed for each class section in the Location column

  • On-Campus - All in-person meetings at one of the college campuses. 
  • Off-Campus - All in-person meetings at an off-site location.
  • Partially Online - Some in-person meetings required. The remainder of the class will meet online. 
  • Online - All classwork completed online; no scheduled meeting days or times. 
  • Online Live - All online meetings at scheduled days and times.
  • Hyflex - students can join in-person meetings or attend online based on the student's preference. 


C. The Class Details display more information about the class section such as a course description, class notes, and course materials and fees.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to click the Class Details link and review the Class Notes for important information about your class section.

REMINDER: The Class Details page may include important information about your class such as:

  • Meeting days and times.
  • Where you will be meeting (zoom, in-person, off-site).
  • Instructor contact information.
  • Orientation requirements.

To return to the previous search page, click the View Search Results button.

You will be directed back to the Search Results page:

If you want to search for other courses and classes, click the New Search button or click the Modify Search button to return to the Class Search Criteria page. 

If you want to enroll, click the Select Class button
