Prerequisites

Student must have a valid Application for Admission on file.

Instructions

This Job Aid will go over the process necessary for athletic information which displays information regarding athletes including enrollment, academic units, grade point average, current enrollment, and a variety of information.

Step	Action
1.	Click on and navigate to: SDCCD Development -> Customizations -> Campus Community -> Athletic Information

After navigating to the Athletic Information page.

Select the Sport by clicking on the drop down menu.

Enter the participation term (semester of the sport) or click on the magnifying glass icon and select term from the menu

The other fields may be entered as needed to narrow the search

Click Search.

3.	The Athletic Information page displays all athletes on the team (Sport) as identified on the Athletic Participation page for the participating term.

4.	Click the View All link to show the full roster for the team.

5.	Click on the Details link to view information specific to each athlete.

The left portion of the page displays details about enrolled units versus enrolled academic units (for the activity courses designated as non-academic).

NOTE: These courses are included in the Competition GPA.

The Major and Ed Plan fields are displayed only in real-time; that is, if a counselor updates the students Ed plan, it will automatically change on the Athletic Information page.

The Transfer Student field will be a Y (yes) for any student who identified another college on the Application for Admission.
