Registration
Students who are permitted to enroll in Upper Division courses for the prospective Baccalaureate Degree program will be assigned a “student group” in Campus Solutions that will enable them to register in the upper division coursework.
Student groups will be built as prerequisites for all upper-division coursework.
Any student can enroll in coursework required for the corresponding associate degree.
Some classes may be restricted depending on the associate degree program requirements (e.g. Allied Health, Nursing, etc.)
Process:
Colleges can facilitate enrollment in upper-division coursework in one of two ways:
Student-led - Students are able to enroll at a set time into the upper-division classes.
Staff-led - Staff manually enroll students in the upper-division classes.
Students in the associate degree program will continue to use Campus Solutions to enroll in lower division classes.
Fee payment for upper division classes.
Enrollment Fee + Baccalaureate Degree Program Fee (Upper division coursework only)
$46.00/unit + $84.00/unit = $130.00/unit
Note: Non-Resident students will pay an additional fee/unit in addition to the above.
The fee would display on the student payment information.
Compatible with 1098-T reporting.
