This document goes over changes for the May 17th go-live for the portal.  This version affects the following portals:

  • College Student

  • CE Student

  • College Faculty

  • CE Faculty

  1. Show the entire "My Finances" Folder (currently hidden in production)

  2. Hide "View 1098-T" link.

1098-T Will be shown at a later date (TBD - estimated Fall semester)

All other links should be the same as they point to in UAT

  1. Show "My Finances" pagelet (currently hidden in production)

  2. Hide "1098-T Tax info" link

  3. Note change in Content ID for "Refund Policy" works currently points to correct ID 3224

  1. Show "My Finances" Quicklinks, should point to link as is in UAT

  2. Change text of "CE Apply & Enroll" to "Continuing Ed. Apply & Enroll"

All other links are correct as is in UAT

Note: Verify that the CE High School Classes Pagelet shows.  This is shown by a student who has CE High School classes in the CE HS career (not sure if this is hidden by code or security).

Will need CMS content to be added, either in PROD, or UAT
