This document goes over changes for the May 20th go-live for the portal.  This version affects the following portals:

  • College Student

  • Guest Portal

  1. Change "Continuing Ed. Apply & Enroll" text

  2. Hide Continuing Ed. Apply & Enroll button from view pending fix

Once fixed, show button and point to CE Apply & Enroll in Peoplesoft

  2. Add "View Graduation Status" link
    1. Component - SSS_GRAD_STATUS
    2. Page I notices says SSS_GRAD_NODATA.. but i'm wondering if it's different if there is?
    3. Menu - SA_LEARNER_SERVICES
  3. Add "Advising Notes" link
    1. Component - SAA_SS_ADVNOTE_STU
    2. Page - SAA_SS_ADVNOTE_STU
    3. Menu - SA_LERANER_SERVICES
