This document goes over changes for the CE Faculty go-live for the portal.  This version affects the following portals:

  • CE Faculty Portal

(warning) As of  there may need to be a refresh of the portal from PROD to TST to reflect the new changes.

CE Faculty and CEHS Faculty Schedule

Remove:

  • Attendance Roster
  • Teaching Hours
  • Class Deadlines (this is already removed in PROD)

Add:

  • Attendance/Grade Roster
  • "My Schedule" in the bottom left corner of the pagelet.  Points to same link as "My Schedule" in the left-hand navigation.  Tied to semester tab that's active (e.g. Summer 2019 or Fall 2019)

These changes will be for both CE and CEHS Faculty
