Definition for UGRD

This element indicates the order in which sections were scheduled. The first number is the college. Following numbers are the order in which sections of the course were scheduled at that college.

For example, for two sections of AVIA 101L scheduled at Miramar in the same term, the CLASS SECTION for the first section scheduled is 3001. The CLASS SECTION for the second section is 3002.

This element has little value within the Datamart but is a key element within PeopleSoft and is useful for PeopleSoft queries.
