DED Update Log
Hello Institutional Effectiveness Community! As our SDCCD_IRD is a work in progress so is our Data Element Dictionary. This document will help outline our DED updates process and log.
The Atlassian page will be screened on a weekly basis for any comments by our IE community.
Any data element issues shall be brought to the appropriate district RPA’s attention to resolve.
All changes will be reflected in the individual data element’s ‘Known Issues, Related Details, and Other Notes’ and ‘DED Entry Last Updated’ date will be updated.
Below will include a list of known data elements issues with a description and progress towards resolution. There will also be a list of data element updates, data elements under construction and a list of some useful file pathways related to the DED and IRD.
Email communication about data element issues shall be saved in the Shared drive for posterity: R:\Datamart\DED_SDCCD_IRD\DED Communication
Initially this DED page will be refreshed on an as needed basis but eventually it shall be updated and maintained every six months.

Data Element Issues
