I was told to login to mySDCCD to check my information in the new portal but I do not have my username (User ID) or password.
Check when your FAFSA was loaded and processed in the system. Typically this is the date you received an email from San Diego City, Mesa or Miramar College regarding your financial aid application.
Once you submit your FAFSA and your application has been loaded, it takes 5-7 business days for us to process your mySDCCD account after your FAFSA has been processed. You will receive an email from us when your account is ready to be activated.

- Check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get accidentally caught by your spam filter
- Did you submit a financial aid application for the 2018-2019 aid year? Students must submit a new application for financial aid each year they wish to apply for financial aid.
- Do you have an active college application on file? Students must have an active college application on file in order to get access to the system. If you registered for classes during the Fall 2017, Spring 2018 or Summer 2018 semesters.
