Q: When I try to create my account, it says it cannot verify my identity?
A: When you create your mySDCCD account, you will be asked to verify your identity. This includes your 10-digit user ID, birthdate and email address we have on file. In most cases it may be the result of having an old email address on file. If you recently updated your email address, please email us from your new email address and submit a help desk ticket.
Q: How do I login to mySDCCD?
A: Refer to the email that was sent to the email address we have on file. It contains important information on how to login. If you do not have access to the email, please submit a help desk ticket.
Q. Are Chromebooks compatible with mySDCCD?
A. At the moment, Chromebooks are not compatible with mySDCCD. Supported devices include: Windows systems, Apple systems, iPhone, Android devices (phone and tablets), and iPads.
