Login to mySDCCD with your assigned username and password.

 Your login page may look different depending on what environment you're logging in (example of a test login page below)

Once you login you should see the "My Homepage" dashboard

In the top right corner, you should see an icon that looks like a compass  click on it and it will bring up the "Navigator."  This is similar to the "Start Menu" in Windows and is you way to navigate the system.

Once you open Navigator, first let's open the Promise Report. To do so, click on "Reporting Tools" → "Query" → "Query Viewer"

This will take you to the Query Viewer.  Once there you'll need to search for the query "X_CC_PROM_REPORT"

This will result in three queries shown.  It is recommended that you set this as your favorite so it shows up in your "Favorite" queries.

To run the query, click on "HTML" in the "Run to HTML" column.

This will take you to the report page.  From here it will prompt you for the term you wish to pull the report for. 

Type in your term and click on the "View Results" button

 Terms are different in Campus Solutions.  

  • 2187 = Fall 2018

  • 2193 = Spring 2019

  • 2195 = Summer 2019

The first three numbers is the year (e.g. 218 = 2018, 219  2019)  The last digit is the semester:

  • 3 = Spring

  • 5 = Summer

  • 7 = Fall

This will start to generate the report, you should see the results in a table format as shown below:
