Instructions:

1 | Navigate to Campus Solutions > Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Management > Constituent Staging |

2 | Enter the student's Last Name and First Name into the search criteria. Click Search. |

3 | If the student's name appears after the search, look for the Constituent Status of Suspended or Error. |

4 | To verify it's the correct student, click the Constituent Details tab to view the student's name, date of birth, and other details, |

NOTE | If the student you are working with is in Suspense or Error status, please email SDCCEAdmissionsRecords@sdccd.edu. Be sure to obtain the Student's name, date of birth, government issued ID, and Social Security card and include in email. If the student is not in Suspense or Error status, have the student reapply for admission. |
