Just some reminders as you continue to work in the new system:
If you discover a student with duplicate IDs in the system, the process is still the same. They should be referred to Admissions to fill out the merge form and will need to provide appropriate documentation.
Students who recently submitted a FAFSA will not get access to the portal until the following week after the bridge/conversion runs. So, if they submitted a FAFSA today and it’s been processed, they won’t get access to the portal until Tuesday morning.
The enrollment bridge will be loaded in this weekend (7/28 and 7/29). Staff should start to see Fall 2018 enrollment data in Campus Solutions next week.
Financial Aid staff should have access to the CS PUM environments.
