Prerequisites

Class must be created and instructor assigned to class and student enrolled.

This Job Aid will go over the process for faculty to submit census roster

StepAction
1.After logging into my.sdccd.edu and clicking on College Faculty Dashboard, Navigate to the College Faculty Schedule pagelet

2.Click on the current semester to view a brief overview of class information such as class number, name, location, dates, times, and enrollment.

Click on each Class Number (CRN) to view Class RosterAttendance RosterPermission Numbers (Add Codes), Grade Roster, Class DeadlinesFollow-Up and Class Details for that class.

(question) Some links will not show if there are no students registered or the function is not available yet (e.g. Permission Numbers and Grade Rosters).

4.Click on Class Roster.

  • If you are not going to drop any students, Click on No Drops.
  • If you need to drop a student, click on the "drop" checkbox next to each student's name.  After you clicked on each student's name that you wish to drop, click on "save"

(warning) Once you drop a student, the "No Drops to Report" button is no longer available.
