Introduction
When an application processed via CCCApply closely aligns with a student's profile in Campus Solutions but does not meet the Search/Match criteria, the application is placed in a "suspended" status within Constituent Staging, often referred to as the Suspense File. Moreover, Constituent Staging also identifies error applications that require correction before they can be successfully processed.
Why is Suspense Management important?
Data Accuracy – By matching incoming applications to existing students within Campus Solutions, this avoids creating duplicate records in the system.
Fraud Reduction – By requesting additional documents to verify a student’s identity before loading an application into Campus Solutions, this prevents potentially fraudulent activities.
