Accessing Follow - Up Page In CE Faculty Dashboard

Prerequisites:

Faculty must have an active classroom assignment in a current or future term.

Instructions:

This Job Aid will go over the process for faculty to access the Follow-Up page in CE Faculty Dashboard to communicate with their student(s) for specific services.

1.Log into my.sdccd.edu and click on CE Faculty Dashboard, navigate to the left side under CE Faculty Dashboard.

2.Click on the Faculty Schedule drop down menu.

Click on My Schedule to view current semester class details

Click on the Follow-Up icon for the desired class

4.

In the Follow-Up page, faculty members are able to recommend students for campus services, programs, etc. by:

  • Follow-Up Reason column- Select one of the two options provided from the drop down menu

Comment column – Add a comment

Click the Follow-Up button to send the email to the student

6.Your comment will be User ID/Date/Time stamped
