Accessing Follow - Up Page In CE Faculty Dashboard
Prerequisites:
Faculty must have an active classroom assignment in a current or future term.
Instructions:
This Job Aid will go over the process for faculty to access the Follow-Up page in CE Faculty Dashboard to communicate with their student(s) for specific services.

1. | Log into my.sdccd.edu and click on CE Faculty Dashboard, navigate to the left side under CE Faculty Dashboard. |

2. | Click on the Faculty Schedule drop down menu. |

3. | Click on My Schedule to view current semester class details Click on the Follow-Up icon for the desired class |

4. | In the Follow-Up page, faculty members are able to recommend students for campus services, programs, etc. by: - Follow-Up Reason column- Select one of the two options provided from the drop down menu

5. | Comment column – Add a comment Click the Follow-Up button to send the email to the student |
