Enter attendance hours by one of the two three methods below:



a.

  • Enter attendance hours individually
by day.

  • , using your mouse to move between fields. 
  • Click SAVE

  • Enter attendance hours by using the
Mass Populate by Day function.
Note: You can use Mass Populate and then change individual students.

  • Apply to All function. Enter the hours, select the day of week, and click Apply To All. 
  • Click SAVE.

  • Note: After applying the hours, you can adjust individual students as needed. Also, hours will not be applied to dropped or withdrawn students.

  • Select the day and click the Quick Entry by Day button
  • Enter the student hours
  • Click OK; this will save the hours
