This job aid will go over the process necessary to change a Course Attribute.

| 1. | Navigate to Curriculum Management → Schedule of Classes → Maintain Schedule of Classes. |

| 2. | The Academic Institution should automatically populate to "SDCCD." Enter the following information into the corresponding fields:

| 4. | The Basic Data tab will display. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the class attribute to be changed in the Class Attributes section. |
| 5. | Delete the previous information using the ( - ) button. |

| 6. | Click on the ( + ) button to add new Course Attribute information. Example: "CHRS" for a Course Hours. |
| 7. | Click Save. Note: If the current class is over scheduled, a warning message will appear indicating the percentage over scheduled. Click OK. |
