Click on Image Modified and  Image Modified navigate to Records and Enrollment -> Transcripts -> Request Transcript Report

2.

Select Add a New Value tab

Institution will default to SDCCD.

Choose Transcript Type:

UGSBJ

AHSBJ: College classes arranged by Subject (SQH9)

UGTRM
AHTRM: College classes arranged by Term (SQH8)

4.

Click on the Transcript Request Detail tab.


Enter the student’s ID Number, then hit the tab key. The student’s name should appear.

5.Click the Process Request button.

6.Click the View Report link.

7.A new browser tab will open with a PDF of the unofficial transcript.
