This Job Aid illustrates how a student can opt out of paying the Student Rep Fee via the Student Portal 

Instructions:

1.

Log into the Student Portal.

2.Navigate to: My Finances -> Tuition and Fees -> Account Services -> Opt Out of Student Rep Fee/Fin Aid Authorization 
3.On the left side menu, click/select “My Finances”.

4.Click/select “Tuition and Fees”.

Click the “Account Services” page (tab) [].

StepAction
6.Click the“Opt Out of Student Rep Fee/Fin Aid Authorization” link.

Click the “Grant Permissions” [] button

8.

Select the radio button [] of the semester you want to opt out of, then click the “Next” [] button.

Click in the check box [], confirming that you have read the agreement.


Click the “Submit” [ ] button to submit request.

Click the “View Student Permission Below:” button [].

11.

Process is complete.  You have successfully opted out of the Student Rep Fee.

You can click the “Grant Permissions” button [] to opt out of another semester.
