Problem

I did not receive an email inviting me to create my account in the portal.

Solution

New students should receive an invitation to the portal once they apply, or have an active application on file.

If you are looking for the email
  1. Check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get accidentally caught by your spam filter
  2. Do you have an active college application on file?  Students must have an active college application on file in order to get access to the system. 

If you checked your spam folder, and you do have an active college application but cannot locate the email, please send us a help desk ticket.
