This Job Aid will go over the process for CE Faculty to view class roster and send student notifications


Instructions:

StepInstructions
1Log into my.sdccd.edu and under the Continuing Education Faculty Schedule or Continuing Education H.S. Faculty Schedule, the tab will default to the current semester with the classes assigned to you.

2Click on the desired Class Number and select Class Roster from the drop down menu.

3Under Enrollment Status, click on the drop down menu to view students with Enrolled status

4Under Enrollment Status, click on the drop down menu to view students with Dropped status

NOTIFYING STUDENTS

Use the Notify tab to send 1 or more students a message

a) Select one or more students

b) Click Notify Selected Students or (Notify All Students)

a) Enter Message in Message Text

b) Click Send Notification

3To cancel notification and return to class roster. Click Return to Class Roster.
