Introduction Info

A program specific To Do List is assigned to each student to help them become Enroll Ready. To Do Lists may be assigned by the system or by an individual staff member. A student’s To Do List can be viewed through the Student Services Center or Checklist Management Person pages.


Instructions:

Option 1: Viewing a To Do List through Student Services Center

Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Center.

On the Student Services Center Search Page, enter the 10-digit ID number for the student.

Click the Search button.

Click the More link.

You will be directed to the To Do List page where you can see all To Do List items.

A. Click on the To Do Item link.

B. Review the To Do Item Detail page.

C. Click the Return button to return to the To Do List page.

D. Click the Cancel button to return to the Student Services Center main page.

Option 2: Viewing a To Do List through Checklist Management – Person

Navigate to Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Checklist Management - Person.

On the Checklist Management – Person Search Page, on the Find an Existing Value tab, enter the 10-digit ID number for the student.  

Click the Search button.

You will be directed to the Checklist Management 1 tab. Review the Checklist Code.

Note: If you are unsure of the Checklist Code, review the Onboarding Handout.
