Navigation:  Curriculum Management> Schedule of Classes> Maintain Schedule of Classes

Basic Data tab:

  • Fill in the Class Section box with the appropriate class section number based on the assigned campus.
  • To choose the campus, click on the magnify glass symbol to select the campus that the class will be offered from.

Basic Data tab:

  • For location, click on the magnify glass symbol and select “Off Campus”.
  • For Instruction Mode, erase the “P” and enter 02 for In Person Lecture.

Basic Data tab:

  • Check to see if all the boxes are correct.

Meetings tab:

  • Click on the magnifying glass for Facility ID.
  • In the Look Up Facility ID box that pops up, enter “OC” in the search box and click “Look Up”.
  • A list of off Campus rooms will appear. Select the appropriate room.
