  1. Staff will manually enroll the cohorts of the Baccalaureate Degree Program students into the upper division classes.

 

  1. Students in the two-year program will continue to use Reg-e to enroll (lower division classes).

 Students who are permitted to enroll in Upper Division courses for the prospective Baccalaureate Degree program will be assigned a “student group” in Campus Solutions that will enable them to register in the upper division coursework.

Student groups will be built as prerequisites for all upper-division coursework.

Any student can enroll in coursework required for the corresponding associate degree.

(warning) Some classes may be restricted depending on the associate degree program requirements (e.g. Allied Health, Nursing, etc.)

Process:

  1. Colleges can facilitate enrollment in upper-division coursework in one of two ways:

    1. Student-led - Students are able to enroll at a set time into the upper-division classes.

    2. Staff-led - Staff manually enroll students in the upper-division classes.

  2. Students in the associate degree program will continue to use Campus Solutions to enroll in lower division classes.

  3. Fee payment for upper division classes.

·    Use additional fee code at the upper division course level.

CD screen:  This would be a flat amount to cover the fee difference for each class   ($84/unit).

·    Fee would display on student payment information.

  • Enrollment Fee + Baccalaureate Degree Program Fee (Upper division coursework only)

    • $46.00/unit + $84.00/unit = $130.00/unit

    • Note: Non-Resident students will pay an additional fee/unit in addition to the above.

  • The fee would display on the student payment information.

    • Compatible with 1098-T reporting.
