STUDENT

Reaches out to Faculty teaching the course to discuss applying for honors

Students will typically initiate the conversation about engaging in an honors contract for your class.

FACULTY – After discussing and coming to an agreement with the student, the faculty

member

will invite the student to apply for honors via their Follow-Up screen for the course:

  1. From the “College Faculty Dashboard” landing page, navigate to the “College Faculty Schedule” and click on the Class Number.

  2. Select “Follow-Up” from the pop-up menu.

FACULTY – From the Follow-Up roster you will locate the student interested in applying for an Honor's Contract, and do the following:

  1. Under the “Follow-Up Reason” column

  2. Select “Honors” from the drop-down menu

  3. Enter comments (optional)

  4. Click the “Follow-Up” to confirm action.

Once you click on the Follow Up button, the student will be notified and within an hour will be invited to apply for the honors contract.
