Multifactor Authentication Multifactor authentication (MFA) will be required by all students when they activate their Microsoft 365 accounts with SDCCD. This involves a code sent to the student’s smartphone in order to verify the student’s identity. Sometimes the information saved for the smartphone needs to be reset. More information about requesting a reset to your MFA can be found here<insert link>Not every student has a phone, however, so SafeID tokens are available in that case. SafeID tokes can be requested to be picked up at any SDCCD College location. For more information and to find the link to request your SafeID token, please visit the SafeID Token page<link>Multifactor authentication is a security process that requires users to provide two or more forms of authentication to verify their identity.

  • Text or call your cellphone
