This form is to request a SafeID token that may be used as an alternative for multi-factor authentication for Microsoft 365 at SDCCD. These should only be requested if students do not have a cell phone or smart phone.
For students enrolled through California Virtual Campus (CVC) exchange only. Request a refund of your enrollment fees if you dropped your class by the refund deadline. View the refund deadline of the class by clicking the calendar icon on your class schedule. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for payment.
