Under the Attendance Roster, all weekly student attendance hours must be entered and saved.

This Job Aid will go over the process for CE Faculty to post final student hours at the end of the semester.

Log into my.sdccd.edu and under the Continuing Education Faculty Schedule, the tab will default to the current semester with the classes assigned to you.

Click on the desired Class Number and select Attendance/Grade Roster from the drop down menu.

The CE Attendance/Grade Roster will default to the current week.



Final rosters are due one week after the end date of the class. The final roster due date will be displayed in red.

At the bottom of the page, click the Final Posting button to post final students hours

Please Note: On the last week of the class, Faculty must submit the daily attendance hours and teaching hours first, and then post the final roster.
