🔍 Detailed Yearly roadmap
This roadmap outlines the admission activities to take place for the first three years of the Bachelor’s program resulting in the first cohort of students graduating with a Bachelor’s degree by the end of the third year.
Will need to identify:
Students currently enrolled in the Associate Degree program that would be interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Students enrolled in a related program that would be interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Depending on 1 and 2, outreach to students who already have an Associate degree in a related field.

2 | Explain admissions criteria | Students interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree will complete a Supplemental Application for Admission for the Baccalaureate Degree Program.

3 | Year 1 | Identify students who have been admitted to the Baccalaureate Degree Program that are not successful in their first year. Identify students who will be ready for the upper division major beginning in Fall 2016 (one-year completers). Based upon the numbers in a) and b) determine size of the Fall 2016 cohort that will be recruited to enter directly into the upper division program (have previously completed all lower division requirements).

4 | During the first-year of the program for the Fall 2024 two-year program cohort: | a) Identify students who have been admitted to the Baccalaureate Degree Program and are not successful in their first year.  b) Identify students who will be ready for the upper division major program beginning in Fall 2025 (one-year completers).  c) Identify total Baccalaureate Degree Program participants from Fall 2024 cohort.  d) Based upon the numbers in a), b) and c) determine the size of the Fall 2017 cohort that will be recruited to enter directly into the upper division program (have previously completed all lower division requirements), if any. · Establish admission criteria. · Establish application window period. · Align admission decisions with normal start of Fall 2026 business cycle. |
