Definition for UGRD	This is the high-level ethnicity group assigned to students based on their response to application questions on ethnicity and/or updates made to the student profile. It is coded following the same rules as SB012 except that if a student responds with Asian-Filipino in any Ethnic Group listed the student will be marked as F for Filipino.

This field converts students with H or T to F if the Multiethnic string in SB016 is marked Filipino. Please use this syntax to have these individuals be labeled as H or T.
If you want Filipino to be the only Asian subgroup marked in the Multiethnic string, please use the syntax in SB012.
