Definition for UGRD

The accounting method determines the formula used to compute FTES (Full-time Equivalent Students) and WSCH (Weekly Student Contact Hours). FTES are reported to the state three times a year (First Period, Second Period, Annual Report, with an optional Recalc Report) and included as part of a formula (as of 2018-19, the Student Success Funding Formula) that is used to determine funding to institutions in the California Community College System.
